Our vouchers do not have an expiration date and can be redeemed at any time.
If you have booked the Enjoyment Guarantee, you can convert your booking into a value voucher:
- Up to 48 hours before the event: 100% of the booking amount as a value voucher
- Between 48 and 24 hours before the event: 50% of the booking amount as a value voucher
- Less than 24 hours before the event: no conversion or refund possible
If no Enjoyment Guarantee was booked, the following rules apply:
- Up to 7 days before the event date: 50% of the ticket amount can be converted into a value voucher
- Up to 3 days before the event date: 25% of the ticket amount can be converted into a value voucher
- Less than 3 days before the event or no-shows: no conversion or refund possible
Why is the Enjoyment Guarantee worth it?
With the Enjoyment Guarantee, you secure maximum flexibility if you are unable to attend at short notice. Without this option, changes or rebookings are only possible to a limited extent.

Tasting procedure & content
At our tastings, you sample high-quality selections (e.g. wine, gin, or whiskey) and learn fascinating background information. Our experts ensure a special and memorable experience.
The number of samples varies depending on the tasting. You’ll find the exact details in the respective event description.
During the tasting, selected snacks accompany the evening. Bread and cheese are served as a deliberate complement to the wines.
The snacks are designed to neutralize the palate between the individual wines, gins, or spirits and optimally prepare it for the next one. This allows aromas to be perceived more clearly and differences to be tasted more distinctly.
From experience, the quantity is ideal for an enjoyable tasting, but it does not replace a full dinner.
Many guests join us in a relaxed way after having eaten and then fully focus on the wine, gin, or spirit and the overall experience.
The secret station is a special sensory experience within the tasting. Here, a wine is served in black glasses so that color and appearance play no role.
The focus is entirely on aroma, taste, and mouthfeel. Without visual impressions, the brain works differently. Preconceptions disappear, the senses sharpen, and aromas are often perceived more intensely.
Many guests gain surprising insights into their own preferences and discover wines in a completely new way.
The secret station complements the classic tasting and makes the evening especially varied.

Haus der Manufakturen Cologne
We recommend traveling by public transportation so you can fully enjoy the tasting.
- Light rail (Stadtbahn): The Appellhofplatz stop is just a few minutes’ walk away and is served by lines 14, 16, and 18.
- Line 16: One stop from Cologne Central Station (Köln Hbf) to Appellhofplatz, then about a one-minute walk.
- Line 18: Direct connection to Appellhofplatz, also with a short walking distance.
- Line 14: Another fast connection to Appellhofplatz.
Note: The Mülheimer Bridge is currently undergoing renovation, which may cause changes to public transport routes. Please check current timetables and possible diversions before your journey.
